Job summary

TalentPro is seeking an experienced SAP Functional Lead to drive MM, WM and EWM solutions in a dynamic Bengaluru team. You will collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders on end-to-end procurement, inventory, and warehouse processes.

The ideal candidate has 9+ years of SAP experience, strong integration with PP and QM, S/4HANA Public Cloud knowledge is a plus, and proven leadership. This is a full‑time, office-based role requiring five days on-site in Bangalore.

Qualifications

• Proven SAP functional expertise in MM, WM and EWM with strong integration to PP and QM.
• Experience across end-to-end procurement, inventory, warehouse and logistics processes.
• Hands-on SAP support, rollout and enhancement projects.
• Demonstrated leadership, mentoring and team management.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP MM/WM/EWM projects and solutions for key business processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize procurement and warehouse workflows.
• Mentor and guide project teams, ensuring delivery on time and within scope.
• Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and ITIL-based processes.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field (master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum 5+ years of SAP functional experience with strong expertise in SAP MM, WM, and EWM modules.
• Proven integration experience with SAP PP and QM modules.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud is a strong advantage.
• Solid understanding of end-to-end business processes across procurement, inventory, warehouse, and logistics domains.
• Hands-on experience in SAP support, rollout, and enhancement projects.
• Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, and team management capabilities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of SAP best practices, ITIL frameworks, and structured problem-solving approaches.
• SAP certifications in MM, WM, EWM, SAP Security, or S/4HANA will be an added advantage.
