Qualifications

• Experience with Azure cloud services and data integration.
• Strong ETL/ELT development and data pipeline skills.
• Proficiency in Python and PySpark SQL/PL-SQL.
• Unix/Linux administration and batch scheduling knowledge (Control-M).
• Familiarity with data modeling, databases, and modern data warehouses.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Partner with the development team, business support and end users to support and implement end to end solutions.
• Integrate with different tech teams and understand the different applications and application flow.
• Proactive on addressing the incidents raised on the queue and finding the long-term, cost-efficient solutions for them.
• Follow up on the incidents across different teams and look for a resolution within the SLA of the incident.
• Use the programming knowledge to create or modify scripts and programs.
• Constantly look for better ways of solving technical problems and designing the solution by not being afraid of challenging the status quo.
• Mentor and coach others on the team.
• Support existing software systems and platforms and hook in applications to applicable data sources.
• Create and maintain Disaster Recovery plans and participate in DR Testing.
• Participate in knowledge transfer sessions to understand the application that is being transferred to support.
