Job summary

WebPT Inc. is seeking a seasoned Lead Salesforce Test Engineer in Hyderabad to lead QA for Salesforce implementations, focusing on Lead-to-Cash processes and CI/CD enablement.

You will design robust test strategies, oversee offshore/onshore QE teams, and collaborate with Product Owners and Developers in Agile teams to ensure high-quality releases. The role requires deep technical skills in Provar/Selenium, Java or C#, and strong leadership to drive quality across Salesforce ecosystems including

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in Salesforce functional and automation testing.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator and Sales Cloud Consultant.
• Strong domain knowledge of Lead-to-Cash processes and supporting technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end QA for Salesforce implementations including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Design and implement test strategies for Lead-to-Cash processes (Lead, Opportunity, Quote, Contract, Order, Billing, Revenue Recognition).
• Manage test planning and execution across Salesforce CPQ, CLM, and Billing.
• Drive CLM testing including redlining, approvals, e-signature integrations, renewals, and amendments.
• Collaborate with legal and operations to validate templates and business rules across CLM platforms (Conga, DocuSign CLM).
• Build and maintain test automation frameworks from scratch using Provar or Selenium.
• Develop automated tests using Java or C# and implement CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing.
• Oversee offshore and onshore QE teams; ensure timely deliverables.
• Work with Product Owners, Developers, and Scrum Masters in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies; track quality metrics and test coverage.

Job description

We are looking for a seasoned Lead Salesforce Test Engineer with a strong background in functional testing and automation, particularly in Salesforce Lead-to-Cash processes including CPQ, CLM, and Billing. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in building test automation frameworks, managing distributed teams, and working in Agile environments. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires deep technical skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive quality across the Salesforce ecosystem.

What You’ll Be Doing As A Part of Our Team

• Lead end-to-end QA efforts for Salesforce implementations including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Design and implement robust test strategies for Lead-to-Cash processes including Lead, Opportunity, Quote, Contract, Order, Billing, and Revenue Recognition.
• Manage test planning and execution across Salesforce CPQ, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), and Billing
• Drive CLM testing includes contract generation, redlining, approval workflows, e-signature integrations, and post-execution processes (renewals, amendments).
• Collaborate with legal and operations teams to validate contract templates, clauses, and business rules across various CLM platforms (e.g., Conga, DocuSign CLM).
• Build and maintain scalable test automation frameworks from scratch using Provar or Selenium.
• Develop and execute automated test scripts using Java or C#.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for continuous test execution and faster release cycles.
• Oversee and manage both offshore and onshore QE teams, ensuring effective communication and timely deliverables.
• Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, and Scrum Masters in Agile/Scrum teams to ensure test coverage and early defect detection.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
• Track and report on quality metrics and test coverage across sprints and releases.

What You Should Have to Qualify

• Minimum 10 - 15 years of experience in Salesforce functional and Automation testing with at least 1- 2 years in managing and mentoring a team member.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator and Sales Cloud Consultant.
• Strong domain knowledge and testing experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Deep understanding and practical experience with Lead-to-Cash business processes and supporting technologies.
• Proven experience with Salesforce CPQ, CLM, and Billing tools and platforms.
• Strong knowledge of contract lifecycle processes, including negotiation workflows, legal compliance, version control, and electronic signature integrations.
• Strong programming skills with hands-on experience in Java or C#.
• Proven track record in building automation frameworks using Provar or Selenium.
• Strong experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated testing into DevOps workflows.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing offshore/onshore QA teams.

Ideally, You Would Also Have These

• Familiarity with Salesforce integrations involving CLM tools like Conga, DocuSign
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
• Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into test scenarios and automated solutions.
