Job summary

Bonito Designs seeks a hands-on Lead Referral Sales leader in Delhi to drive referral sales execution and daily performance. You will translate strategies into consistent on-ground action, tracking follow-ups and outcomes to hit aggressive targets in a fast-paced, numbers-driven setting.

You will lead a medium-sized team, monitor activity metrics and performance reviews, and collaborate with Marketing, CRM, Operations, and Experience Center to improve conversions.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of overall sales experience.
• 5+ years of experience in team leadership roles managing medium sized sales teams.
• Strong background in target-driven and execution-focused sales environments.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, high-energy, and rigorous sales ecosystem.
• Open to frequent travel across company locations in India.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly referral sales targets.
• Track and review daily activity metrics including referrals generated, follow-ups, meetings, conversions, and net bookings.
• Conduct regular performance reviews to identify gaps and drive timely corrective actions.
• Ensure adherence to sales processes, SOPs, and reporting standards.
• Collaborate with Marketing, CRM, Operations, and Experience Center teams to improve conversion outcomes.

The Lead Referral Sales will play a critical role in driving the execution of referral sales initiatives with a strong focus on daily performance, target achievement, and team productivity. The role involves translating defined sales strategies into consistent on-ground execution, ensuring predictable outcomes through disciplined tracking and follow-ups. This position is ideal for a hands-on sales leader who thrives in a fast-paced, numbers-driven environment and enjoys being closely involved in day-to-day business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly referral sales targets
• Track and review daily activity metrics including referrals generated, follow-ups, meetings, conversions, and net bookings to drive productivity and performance benchmarks at individual and team levels
• Conduct regular performance reviews to identify gaps and drive timely corrective actions
• Ensure strong adherence to sales processes, SOPs, and reporting standards
• Work closely with Referrals Program Lead to ensure collaborative business number delivery
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, CRM, Operations, and Experience Center teams to improve conversion outcomes

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate / Post-graduate with 12+ years of overall sales experience
• 5+ years of experience in team leadership roles, managing medium sized sales teams
• Strong background in target-driven and execution-focused sales environments
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, high-energy, and rigorous sales ecosystem
• Open to frequent travel across company location in India
• Good to have: Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Preferred Industries: Timeshare, Telecom, Insurance, FMCG/FMCD General/Modern Trade
