Job summary

Techsme Solutions India is seeking an experienced QA Lead to drive quality across projects. The role requires 5-7 years of QA exposure, including 2+ years in a QA Lead capacity, with strong manual and automation testing skills and experience in functional, integration, smoke, sanity, and regression testing.

You will lead and mentor QA teams, manage the full QA lifecycle from requirements analysis to production release and final QA sign-off, and contribute to testing progress reporting to

• Ability to prepare QA reports, track quality metrics, identify risks, and present testing progress directly to management.
• Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
