Job summary

Adani in Mumbai seeks a senior Project Controls professional specialized in construction planning and schedule governance. You will review master schedules, drive look-ahead planning and track progress, ensuring accurate reporting and timely closures.

Responsibilities include maintaining dashboards, supporting change time impacts, and producing governance packs for reviews. Strong coordination with PMCs/GCs is essential for milestone achievement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in civil/construction disciplines; 8–16 years experience.
• Desirable PMP/Primavera/quantity surveying/fit-out/execution certifications.

Responsibilities

• Review GC master schedule, milestone plan and logic; validate sequencing and critical path.
• Drive look-ahead planning and constraint log; coordinate removals with PMC/GC and track closures.
• Validate progress measurement method (quantities/earned progress) and ensure reporting accuracy and consistency.
• Monitor resource mobilization plans and flag gaps affecting milestones.
• Maintain integrated dashboards and prepare governance packs for weekly/monthly reviews.
• Support time impact analysis for changes/variations; maintain baseline and revision history.
• Demand recovery plans for slippages; track effectiveness and escalate unresolved risks.
• Maintain decision log, action tracker and escalation ageing; ensure closure SLAs are met.
