Job summary

Epsilon, a global data, technology and services company, seeks a Lead Program Compliance in Bengaluru to strengthen advertiser promotions compliance. You will review publisher activity, analyze data, and investigate potential violations using specialized tools, collaborating with India and US teams.

You will lead a team of analysts, drive process improvements, and mentor staff while building AI capabilities to enhance efficiency and accuracy in compliance delivery.

Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • 6–8 years in content auditing, digital media, or client services.
  • Basic knowledge of Affiliate Marketing.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Detail oriented with time-management and follow-through.
  • Ability to follow defined SOPs and checklists.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end compliance operations across multiple advertiser programs.
  • Own overall compliance delivery by identifying risks and safeguarding program integrity.
  • Act as escalation owner for complex high-risk cases.
  • Oversee full lifecycle of compliance issues from detection to resolution.
  • Collaborate with global partners for cross-region alignment.
  • Own operational readiness for new account transitions and tool rollouts.
  • Build AI capability by mentoring team members and promoting innovation.
  • Lead and develop a team of analysts through coaching.
  • Drive hiring, onboarding, ramp-up of new team members.

We are looking for a detail oriented and motivated individual who is eager to build a strong foundation in compliance operations. In this role, you will support day‑to‑day compliance execution by accurately reviewing data, identifying potential violations, and completing assigned tasks within defined timelines and quality standards. You should be comfortable working in a structured, process driven environment, open to learning new tools and workflows, and able to follow documented guidelines with a high level of accuracy. Candidates who demonstrate ownership, proactive communication, and a willingness to learn and grow within Program Compliance will be a strong fit for this role.

As a Lead Program Compliance, you will be an important member of the Program Compliance team, helping ensure advertiser promotions on the CJ Network align with client policies and industry standards. You will work with specialized compliance tools to review publisher activity, analyse data, and investigate promotional content for potential violations. This role offers hands‑on exposure to search and content monitoring technologies, opportunities to collaborate with local teams and US partners, and experience delivering insights through CJ’s proprietary compliance platforms.

Responsibilities
  • Lead end‑to‑end compliance operations across multiple advertiser programs, ensuring high‑quality delivery aligned to client and business priorities.
  • Own overall compliance delivery by proactively identifying risks, resolving issues early, and safeguarding program integrity.
  • Act as the escalation owner for complex and high‑risk compliance cases, driving clear, timely, and decisive resolutions.
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of compliance issues—from detection and validation to resolution—ensuring consistent and gap‑free execution.
  • Partner closely with global partners to align priorities and mitigate compliance risks and serve as a key bridge between India‑ and US‑based teams, enabling seamless cross‑region coordination and execution.
  • Own operational readiness for new account transitions and tool rollouts, ensuring minimal disruption to delivery.
  • Build AI capability within the team by mentoring team members, sharing best practices, and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
  • Continuously improve processes and ways of working, bringing a proactive, solution-oriented approach to enhance efficiency and quality byusingg AI tools
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of compliance analysts through clear expectations, coaching, and accountability.
  • Conduct regular check ins, performance reviews, and career development conversations to support team growth and sustained performance.
  • Drive hiring, onboarding, and successful ramp‑up of new team members to build a scalable, high‑performing team.
  • Partner with leadership on capacity planning and resource allocation to support growth and changing business needs.
Qualifications
  • A graduate in any discipline
  • Requires 6 to 8 years of related experience and exposure in content auditing/digital media/client services role
  • Basic knowledge of Affiliate Marketing
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-driven and laser-focused individual who takes the initiative to solve problems
  • Thorough and detail oriented with excellent time-management and follow-through skills
