Job summary

Publicis Groupe's CJ India team in Bengaluru is seeking an Operations Associate to complete standard affiliate operational processes and ensure a smooth client journey.

You will master the affiliate technology suite, collaborate with Client Strategy, Media Planning, Finance, Client Integration and Client Development to streamline operations, manage reports, and support campaign execution with timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in operations or a related field.
• 2–4 years of client-facing or customer service experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, JIRA) is a plus.
• Familiarity with HTML concepts and basic coding is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Master the affiliate technology suite to support internal account teams.
• Collaborate with Client Strategy, Media Planning, Finance, and Client Development to streamline operations.
• Provide campaign support, asset management, communications, and performance tracking.
• Prepare and manage reports to support campaign execution and results.
• Maintain strong cross-department relationships and share best practices.
• Create and update client support documentation.

• Tech Innovator: Master our affiliate technology suite, blending your skills to provide top-tier support and guidance to our internal account teams.
• Collaborative Partner: Work alongside teams in Client Strategy, Media Planning, Finance, Client Integration, and Client Development to streamline operations and drive process efficiencies.
• Campaign Support Specialist: Offer essential support in affiliate marketing campaigns, managing everything from asset management to communication and performance tracking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in operations or a related field, particularly in client interaction and service delivery.
• Excellent customer service skills, ideally with 2-4 years of experience in a client-facing role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint); Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, JIRA) a plus.
• Aptitude for learning technical concepts, such as basic HTML knowledge.
• High capacity for problem-solving with the ability to navigate complex challenges.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently in a dynamic environment.
• Eager to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment with the ability to adapt quickly.
