Job summary

Zaggle seeks a hands-on design leader with strong UI/UX strategy and fintech/SaaS product insight. You will own end‑to‑end design for complex web and mobile experiences, elevating design quality, product thinking, and design‑system maturity, while driving AI‑enabled innovation.

Collaborating with Product, Engineering, Business, QA, and Implementation, you will mentor designers, run design reviews, and ensure high standards across enterprise dashboards and workflows.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of end-to-end product design across web and mobile.
• Experience in Fintech, B2B SaaS, Payments, Rewards, Expense Management, Travel, or similar enterprise products.
• Advanced Figma: Auto Layout, Components, Variants, Variables, Prototyping and Design Systems.
• Ability to work closely with Product, Engineering, Business, and QA teams.
• Capability to lead design initiatives, review work, mentor designers, and maintain design quality.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end UX/UI for web and mobile journeys, wireframes, high‑fidelity UI and prototypes.
• Simplify complex dashboards, forms, approvals, enterprise workflows and data‑heavy experiences.
• Conduct UX audits, competitor benchmarking, research, usability analysis and design validation.
• Build and scale reusable design systems, components, variables, tokens and white‑label patterns.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Business, QA and Implementation from discovery through release.
• Run design reviews, design QA and mentor designers to improve standards, planning and execution.
• End‑to‑end product ownership, complex UX problem‑solving, strong web mobile craft, design‑system depth, clear business impact, mentoring ability and AI‑enabled workflows.

Job Summary

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong 8+ years of experience in end‑to‑end product designing across web and mobile applications.
• Experience in Fintech, B2B SaaS, Payments, Rewards, Expense Management, Travel, or similar enterprise products.
• Advanced Figma: Auto Layout, Components, Variants, Variables, Prototyping and Design Systems.
• Ability to work closely with Product, Engineering, Business, and QA teams.
• Capability to lead design initiatives, review work, mentor designers, and maintain design quality.
• Strong UX, UI, interaction design, information architecture, accessibility, responsive, mobile and Enterprise UX foundations.
• Strong product thinking, problem‑solving, communication, presentation and stakeholder management.
• Ability to independently manage multiple products and collaborate effectively with frontend teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or a related field, or equivalent
• Strong expertise in User Experience (UX) and Design Thinking to lead end‑to‑end product design and problem‑solving.
• Proficiency in Visual Design and interaction design for mobile‑first and web applications, with a strong attention to detail.
• Hands‑on experience with Prototyping and wireframing tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar) to communicate and validate concepts.
• Familiarity with design systems, accessibility best practices, and responsive design principles.

AI Exposure & Experience:

• Use AI for research, ideation, UX exploration, prototyping, documentation, content and design acceleration.
• Design AI‑powered experiences: copilots, intelligent search, recommendations, automation, predictive insights and conversational UX.
• Continuously upskill on the latest AI technologies,
• AI-assisted design and design-to-code workflows.
