Job summary

Zensar Technologies in Pune, India is seeking a Product Designer to own end-to-end lifecycle from discovery to delivery, conducting user research, defining personas, and shaping information architecture.

You will create wireframes, prototypes, and scalable design systems while collaborating with product, engineering, and QA teams to convert business needs into exceptional user experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a design-related field.
• Experience in UX/UI design with end-to-end lifecycle.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product design lifecycle from discovery to delivery.
• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing.
• Define personas, journeys, and information architecture.
• Create wireframes, flows, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes.
• Design intuitive, scalable interfaces and robust design systems.
• Collaborate with Product, Eng., BA, and QA teams.
• Translate requirements into meaningful UX.
• Develop and maintain design systems and standards.
• Analyze feedback and metrics to drive improvements.
• Ensure accessibility and responsive design; uphold WCAG.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product design lifecycle from discovery to delivery.
• Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, and usability testing.
• Define user personas, customer journeys, and information architecture.
• Create wireframes, user flows, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes.
• Design intuitive, visually appealing, and scalable user interfaces.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Business Analysts, and QA teams.
• Translate business requirements into meaningful user experiences.
• Develop and maintain design systems, component libraries, and UX standards.
• Analyse user feedback and product metrics to drive continuous improvements.
• Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and usability best practices are followed.
• Present and communicate design concepts effectively to stakeholders.
