Job summary

Educrib, a learning platform, is seeking a visionary Lead Product Designer to own the end-to-end user experience across web and mobile. You will drive strategy, mentor talent, and build the future of education with a team that values human-centric design.

You will lead high-impact features, define roadmaps with engineering and product, evolve the design system for visual consistency, conduct user research, and ensure high-quality reviews while mentoring junior designers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating systems thinking and visual excellence.
• Expertise in Figma and scalable component libraries.
• Experience leading end-to-end design from discovery to shipping.
• Excellent communication for cross-functional collaboration.
