Job summary

Redbus in Bengaluru is looking for a Strategic Pricing Leader with 3+ years of experience to design, implement, and monitor pricing models and revenue strategies that maximize margins and account performance.

You will oversee Key Account Management, mentor team members, and serve as the primary owner for pricing frameworks while building dynamic financial models and dashboards to track pricing health and key business metrics.

Qualifications

• Education: Masters degree (MBA or M.Tech) from a Tier 2 or Tier 3 institute.
• Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Preferred: Direct background in a Pricing role.
• Alternative: Demonstrated experience in Account Management combined with People Management.

Analytics & Data Management

• Analyze complex datasets to identify market trends, customer behavior, and pricing opportunities.
• Build dynamic financial models and dashboards to track pricing health and key business metrics.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

Education & Work Experience
