Job summary

Qnovate Solutions Pvt. Ltd. in Gandhinagar is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing & Asset Management Senior Consultant/ Lead to join our SAP team at GIFT City. You will drive SAP S/4HANA initiatives across PP, QM and PM, mentor juniors, and collaborate with global stakeholders.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in at least two of PP, QM, PM, and strong integration knowledge with MM, SD, FI/CO. Hybrid work model and international delivery exposure are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5–12 years of SAP functional experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in at least two of PP, QM and PM.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation, rollout, migration or support.
• Good understanding of MM, SD and FI/CO integration.
• Ability to gather requirements, create functional specs and test scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Lead/participate in SAP S/4HANA implementation, rollout, enhancement and support across manufacturing and plant processes.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP S/4HANA solutions.
• Configure and support PP, QM and/or PM processes.
• Support end-to-end manufacturing processes including MRP and production orders.
• Support quality processes including inspection planning, lots, results, usage decisions and integration.
• Support plant maintenance processes including equipment, notifications, maintenance orders and PM.
• Design and support integration between PP, QM, PM, MM, SD and FI/CO.
• Prepare functional specs, configuration docs, process flows and test scenarios.
• Perform unit/integration testing and support UAT, defect resolution, cutover and go-live.
• Analyze complex functional issues and provide sustainable solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams; mentor junior consultants.

Role Overview

Qnovate is looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing & Asset Management Senior Consultant/ Lead to join our growing SAP team at GIFT City, Gandhinagar.

The ideal candidate should bring strong hands-on functional experience across SAP manufacturing and plant processes, particularly Production Planning (PP), Quality Management (QM) and Plant Maintenance (PM).

Candidates with strong expertise in at least two of these areas and solid integration knowledge/exposure to the other will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and/or contribute to SAP S/4HANA implementation, rollout, enhancement and support engagements across manufacturing and plant processes.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into effective SAP S/4HANA solutions.
• Configure and support processes across SAP PP, QM and/or PM.
• Support end-to-end manufacturing processes including production planning, execution, material requirements planning and production orders.
• Support quality processes including inspection planning, inspection lots, results recording, usage decisions and quality integration.
• Support plant maintenance processes including equipment/functional locations, notifications, maintenance orders and preventive maintenance.
• Design and support integration between PP, QM, PM, MM, SD and FI/CO as applicable.
• Prepare functional specifications, configuration documentation, process flows and test scenarios.
• Perform unit/integration testing and support UAT, defect resolution, cutover and go-live.
• Analyze complex functional issues and provide sustainable solutions.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams and other functional consultants.
• Identify opportunities for process standardization and improvement using SAP S/4HANA capabilities.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal SAP capability development where required.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5–12 years of relevant SAP functional experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise in at least two of PP, QM and PM, with good process/integration understanding of the third area.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation, rollout, migration or support projects.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing, quality and/or plant maintenance business processes.
• Good understanding of integration with MM, SD and FI/CO.
• Hands-on experience in requirement gathering, configuration, functional specifications, testing and production support.
• Ability to independently understand business requirements, perform fit-gap analysis and recommend SAP solutions.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred

• Hands-on functional experience across PP + QM + PM.
• Experience with end-to-end SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
• Experience working with global stakeholders and distributed delivery teams.
