Job summary

Antal International is partnering with a leading healthcare technology organisation to hire an experienced SAP Manufacturing Specialist to drive end-to-end SAP PP/QM processes across global manufacturing sites.

Location is Gurgaon with hybrid work; the role combines strategic solution-architecture with hands-on technical delivery, leading Kaizen initiatives and guiding MTD/QBM consultants to implement robust SAP solutions aligned with global manufacturing needs.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in SAP PP/QM with hands-on manufacturing process exposure.
• Master’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain, or Industrial Engineering; engineering background preferred.
• Strong hands-on expertise in SAP PP & QM with at least 3 end-to-end implementations.
• At least one implementation on S/4HANA; others on ECC.
• Experience integrating S/4HANA with MM and related manufacturing processes.
• Experience managing interface requirements and OSS communications.
• Understanding of global manufacturing processes and stakeholder collaboration.

My client is a leading healthcare technology organisation that is expanding its Technology function and is looking to strengthen its SAP practice with experienced professionals specialising in SAP PP/QM.

We are looking for an experienced SAP Manufacturing Specialist who can take on a strategic role in driving global manufacturing processes and provide technical leadership to the MTD/QBM consulting teams.

In this high-visibility role, you will:

• Own and drive the end-to-end SAP Manufacturing landscape, with a strong focus on PP/QM.
• Lead process improvements, enhancements, and Kaizen initiatives across the manufacturing ecosystem.
• Design and architect seamless integrations across SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Provide technical direction and mentorship to MTD/QBM consultants.
• Partner closely with the Global CoE, regional business teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions.
• Drive the implementation of robust, sustainable, and best-in-class SAP solutions aligned with global manufacturing needs.

What You’ll Bring:

• 10–15 years of experience in SAP PP/QM, with strong hands-on experience in manufacturing processes.
• Master’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain, or Industrial Engineering; an Engineering background is preferred.
• Strong hands-on expertise in SAP PP & QM with at least 3 end-to-end implementations.
• At least 1 implementation should be on an S/4HANA landscape; the remaining implementations can be on ECC.
• Strong expertise in end-to-end solution design across SAP PP and QM.
• Must have strong experience integrating S/4HANA with other SAP modules, particularly MM, PPD, and related manufacturing processes.
• Experience in managing interface requirements, extraction tables, and vendor/SAP OSS communications.
• Strong understanding of global manufacturing processes and the ability to work with business and technology stakeholders across regions.
• Ability to provide technical leadership, guide consulting teams, and drive solution decisions at an enterprise level.
