Role Overview

Qnovate is looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Logistics Senior Consultant / Lead to join our growing SAP team at GIFT City, Gandhinagar.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands‑on functional expertise across SAP Materials Management (MM) and Sales & Distribution (SD), along with relevant experience/exposure in Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and/or Transportation Management (TM).

The role requires strong understanding of end-to-end logistics processes, cross‑functional integration, solution design, configuration, testing and implementation/support within SAP S/4HANA environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and/or contribute to end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Logistics implementations, rollouts, enhancements and support engagements.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions.
• Configure and support key processes across SAP MM and SD, including their integration with other SAP modules.
• Work across procurement, inventory management, order-to-cash, shipping and logistics execution processes.
• Contribute to SAP EWM and/or TM processes and their integration with MM/SD.
• Prepare functional specifications, solution documentation, configuration documents and test scenarios.
• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, UAT support and defect resolution.
• Work closely with Finance, Manufacturing, Warehouse, Supply Chain and technical teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Support data migration, cutover and go‑live activities.
• Troubleshoot complex functional and integration issues and recommend sustainable solutions.
• Engage with business stakeholders and provide functional guidance and process improvement recommendations.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal SAP capability development where required.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5–12 years of relevant SAP functional experience.
• Strong hands‑on experience in SAP MM and/or SD, preferably with good knowledge of both.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation, rollout, migration or support projects.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and/or Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
• Good understanding of MM‑SD integration and integration with FI/CO and other Logistics modules.
• Practical knowledge/exposure to SAP EWM and/or SAP TM is highly desirable.
• Strong experience in requirement gathering, configuration, functional specifications, testing and production support.
• Ability to independently analyze business requirements and propose SAP solutions.
• Strong communication, stakeholder‑management and problem‑solving skills.

Preferred

• Hands‑on experience across multiple modules among MM, SD, EWM and TM.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA greenfield/brownfield transformation programs.
• SAP certification in a relevant S/4HANA Logistics area.
• Experience working with geographically distributed/global teams.
• Prior experience in consulting/client‑facing environments.
