This role sits at the intersection of photography craft, quality operations, and people leadership.
As Lead – Photography Ops, you'll own the engine that feeds our AI: the datasets, the standards they're labelled against, and the team of QCs and vendor partners who do that work. You'll set the quality bar from a photographer's point of view, then build the systems, rubrics, and rhythms that keep it consistent at scale.
You'll be the bridge between what photographers actually expect from a cull and what our ML and Product teams build toward. When the two drift apart, you're the person who spots it, quantifies it, and drives it back into alignment.
If you've shot professionally, have led teams or vendors, and get satisfaction from turning subjective taste into a repeatable standard, this role is for you.
