Job summary

Darwinbox Digital Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is hiring for a senior Network Planning professional to lead and manage OSP rollout for POP locations and transport fiber routes in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.

You will oversee internal teams and external partners, ensuring timely and quality delivery across multiple deployment phases. The role requires hands-on experience with Transport and FTTH architectures, strong leadership, and a proactive approach to meeting project timelines and quality benchmarks.

• Proven experience in OSP project execution, especially POP and long-haul routes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute OSP rollout projects for POP locations and transport fiber routes.
• Manage internal teams and external partners/contractors, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
• Apply technical expertise in Transport technologies and FTTH network infrastructure.
• Oversee and ensure adherence to execution and audit processes for deployments.
• Drive initiatives to reduce CWIP, optimize contractor performance, and minimize store inventory.
• Ensure timely Acceptance Testing (AT) and closure of Non-Conformities (NCs) across deployment phases.

We are seeking a skilled and results-drivenprofessional to lead and manage theOSP ((Fiber) rolloutforPOP (Point of Presence) sites and transport routes. The ideal candidate willpossess strong technical knowledge, team management capabilities, and hands-onexperience in Transport and FTTH networks.

Key Responsibilities:
