Job summary

Genpact in Bengaluru, Karnataka seeks Lead Network Administrator to oversee IT operations, install and maintain networks, and ensure security and data integrity.

You will lead the IT operations team, collaborate with other IT groups, and implement policies to improve efficiency. A strong background in network engineering and decision-making is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• Certifications CCNP and VMware VCP are preferred.
• Experience with network/server infrastructure and IT operations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
