Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Lead Network Administrator to design, implement, and optimize routing, firewall, and SD-WAN across data centers and cloud environments.

The role focuses on automation with Ansible/Terraform, monitoring with SolarWinds and Splunk, and collaboration with Cloud and Security teams to support hybrid networking (AWS/Azure). You will mentor L2 engineers and drive network change and problem management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Networking, or related field.
• Good years of experience in enterprise networking and SD-WAN administration.
• Strong knowledge of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP) and firewall/SD-WAN management (Meraki, Cisco, Palo Alto).
• Experience with SolarWinds, NetFlow, and automation using Ansible/Terraform.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for routing, switching, firewall, and SD-WAN configurations across data centers and cloud environments.
• Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, MPLS, Meraki SD-WAN, and VPN connectivity issues.
• Automate network device configuration and compliance checks using Ansible or Terraform.
• Monitor network performance through SolarWinds, NetFlow, Meraki Insights, and Splunk integrations.
• Document network architecture diagrams, SOPs, and escalation workflows.
