Genpact is seeking a Lead Network Administrator N to serve as SME for routing, switching, firewall and SD-WAN across data centers and cloud. You will troubleshoot LAN/WAN, MPLS, VPN, and Meraki SD-WAN issues while implementing policies on Cisco ASA and Meraki appliances.

Youll automate configurations with Ansible/Terraform and monitor via SolarWinds, NetFlow, Splunk. Youll collaborate with Cloud and Security teams to support hybrid networking (AWS Direct Connect, ExpressRoute) and mentor L2

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field with enterprise networking focus.
• Strong experience in routing, firewall and SD-WAN management across data centers and cloud.
• Proficient in automation and standard IT ops procedures.

Responsabilités

• Act as SME for routing, switching, firewall, and SD-WAN configurations across data centers and cloud.
• Manage advanced troubleshooting for LAN/WAN, MPLS, Meraki SD-WAN, and VPN connectivity issues.
• Implement and maintain firewall/SD-WAN policies on Cisco ASA and Meraki appliances.
• Automate network device configuration and compliance checks using Ansible or Terraform.
• Monitor network performance via SolarWinds, NetFlow, Meraki Insights, and Splunk.
• Collaborate with Cloud and Security teams to support hybrid networking (AWS Direct Connect, Azure ExpressRoute).
• Document network diagrams, SOPs, and escalation workflows.
• Mentor L2 engineers and participate in change, automation, and problem reviews.

Job Description

• Act as SME for routing, switching, firewall, and SD-WAN configurations across various data centers and cloud environments.
• Manage advanced troubleshooting for LAN/WAN, MPLS, Meraki SD-WAN, and VPN connectivity issues.
• Implement and maintain firewall and SD-WAN policies on Cisco ASA, and Meraki appliances.
• Automate network device configuration and compliance checks using Ansible or Terraform.
• Monitor network performance through SolarWinds, NetFlow, Meraki Insights, and Splunk integrations.
• Collaborate with Cloud and Security teams to support hybrid networking (AWS Direct Connect, Azure ExpressRoute).
• Document network architecture diagrams, standard operating procedures, and escalation workflows.
• Mentor L2 engineers and participate in network change, automation, and problem management reviews.
• Qualifications we seek in you!
• Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Networking, or related field.
• Good Years of experience in enterprise networking and SD-WAN administration.
• Strong knowledge of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP) and firewall/SD-WAN management (Meraki, Cisco, Palo Alto).
• Experience with SolarWinds, NetFlow, and automation using Ansible/Terraform.

• Primary: Cisco ASA, Palo Alto, Meraki SD-WAN, Fortinet, SolarWinds, Terraform, Ansible, Splunk.
• Secondary: AWS VPC, Azure VNet, ExpressRoute, VPN, ServiceNow.
• Certifications: CCNP, Meraki CMSS, PCNSE, or AWS Networking Specialty.
