Job summary

Genpact India Pvt. Ltd. seeks a Lead Network Administrator N to act as SME for routing, switching, firewall, and SD‑WAN across data centers and cloud environments. You will troubleshoot LAN/WAN, MPLS, VPN issues and implement policies on Cisco ASA and Meraki appliances.

You will automate configurations using Ansible/Terraform, monitor performance with SolarWinds/NetFlow, and collaborate with Cloud/Security teams for hybrid networking. Mentoring L2 engineers is part of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Networking, or related field.
• Good years of experience in enterprise networking and SD‑WAN administration.
• Strong knowledge of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP) and firewall/SD‑WAN management (Meraki, Cisco, Palo Alto).
• Experience with SolarWinds, NetFlow, and automation using Ansible/Terraform.

Responsibilities

• Document network architecture diagrams, standard operating procedures, and escalation workflows.
• Mentor L2 engineers and participate in network change, automation, and problem management reviews.
