Job summary

IQVIA in India seeks a Senior Lead .NET Full Stack Developer to drive design, development and maintenance of enterprise applications using Angular on the frontend and .NET/.NET Core on the backend. You will stay hands-on while guiding a growing team, enforcing architecture standards and security guidelines, and collaborating with stakeholders on technical roadmaps.

You will lead code reviews, mentor engineers, and ensure scalable, high-performance solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience leading full-stack teams.

Lead Dot Net Full stack developer Job Profile:

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of applications using Angular on the front end and .NET / .NET Core on the back end.
• Remain actively involved in coding, code reviews, and technical design decisions.
• Define and enforce architecture standards, coding best practices, and security guidelines.
• Guide the team on building scalable, maintainable, and high performance solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and support resolution of production incidents.
• Collaborate with architects and product stakeholders on technical roadmaps.
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high performance team culture.
• Identify skill gaps and drive continuous learning within the team.

Technical Skills

• Strong hands on experience with:
  • Angular (modern versions)
  • .NET / .NET Core, C#
  • RESTful API design and integration
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, TypeScript.
• Experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server).
• Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices along with working on Gen AI technologies.
• Cloud experience (Azure preferred) is a strong plus.
• Ability to remain technically hands on while handling people management responsibilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
