Job summary

V Connect Management Services is seeking an experienced automotive design engineer in Chennai with 4+ years of hands-on experience in stamping, plastic molding and machining. The role involves creating 3D models, 2D drawings and assemblies, applying GD&T and contributing to DFMEA and manufacturability studies.

Exposure to PLM/PDM, NPI/NPD and material selection is desirable. Proficiency in CATIA, Creo or SolidWorks is required to drive successful design documentation and release.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in automotive design.
• Experience with stamping, plastic molding and machining.
• Proficient in creating 3D models, 2D drawings and assemblies.
