The Lead Manager Education & Technology will lead Dharmalife Foundation's technology-enabled education and skilling ecosystem across LUYM, BSBC and JAYA.

The role sits at the intersection of technology, education, pedagogy, people, data and field implementation, with the overall mandate of ensuring that technology translates into better learning outcomes, stronger teaching and training capability, greater programme reach and measurable impact.

The role will provide national leadership for digital learning platforms, learning quality, teaching and training standards, data and impact, responsible AI, safeguarding and digital governance.

2. Key Accountability Areas
A. Digital Learning & Product Leadership

Own the technology-enabled learning ecosystem and ensure that platforms are relevant, usable, adopted and scalable across programmes and states.

Platform & Product Ownership
  • Own the LUYM, Quest, Preschool, Roshni AI and JAYA platforms from product strategy and roadmap through implementation, adoption and continuous improvement.
  • Translate programme, learner, teacher and field requirements into clear product priorities and technology solutions.
  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps in alignment with organisational and programme priorities.
  • Establish product priorities based on learner value, learning outcomes, usability, scalability, cost and evidence of impact.
  • Drive continuous improvement based on user feedback, field experience, platform data and programme outcomes.
  • Ensure platforms are simple and intuitive for students, teachers, trainers, DLEs and programme teams.
Technology Adoption & Field Implementation
  • Drive adoption and effective utilisation of digital platforms across programme states.
  • Work closely with State Managers to address technology-related requirements, including devices, connectivity, user capability, content and platform adoption.
  • Establish implementation and onboarding processes for new technology solutions.
  • Monitor platform adoption, utilisation and user experience across states.
  • Identify field-level technology bottlenecks and ensure timely resolution with relevant technology/product teams.
  • Ensure technology solutions are appropriate for rural, low-connectivity and resource-constrained environments.
Government & Institutional Coordination
  • Support and lead technology-related engagement with government departments, schools, Anganwadis, BSBC centres and other institutional stakeholders.
  • Lead government approvals, renewals and periodic reviews required for technology-enabled programme delivery.
  • Build institutional partnerships that enable scale and sustainability of digital learning interventions.
Innovation & Partnerships
  • Identify emerging technologies and evidence-based innovations relevant to education and skilling.
  • Evaluate potential EdTech, AI and technology partners.
  • Lead pilots and proof-of-concepts before wider deployment.
  • Build partnerships with technology companies, universities, research institutions and other ecosystem players.

  • Provide thought leadership on technology-enabled learning, digital education, responsible AI, learning innovation and programme transformation.
  • Proactively communicate and disseminate Dharmalife's programme learnings, innovations, evidence and outcomes through presentations, case studies, knowledge-sharing platforms and sector forums.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including government, funders, technology partners, academic/research institutions and sector networks.
B. Learning Quality, Pedagogy & Workforce Capability

  • Translate field-level data into actionable insights for State Managers, Programme Leads and senior leadership.
