Job summary

Maersk in Chennai is seeking an experienced finance operations leader to oversee end-to-end Job Costing operations. You will drive customer experience and profitability with strong governance and lead a team through transformation initiatives, including centralization, automation, and standardization.

The role requires hands-on invoicing and payment processing experience, multi-country stakeholder collaboration, and a minimum of seven years in finance operations with at least two years in people

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Finance Operations, Shared Services, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Hands-on experience in Invoice Processing and Payment Processing.
• Experience managing customer-facing operational processes.
• Experience working with stakeholders across multiple countries or regions.
• Minimum 2 years of people management experience leading operational teams.

• Coach and develop team members to enhance Job costing capability and business understanding.
