• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Shipping, Transportation, or a related field.
• Experience in End-to-End Shipping, Freight Forwarding, Logistics Operations, or Supply Chain Management.
• Strong understanding of international transportation, import/export processes, and shipment lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of ocean, air, inland transportation, customs, or warehousing operations is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience conducting root cause analysis.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end shipment execution activities in accordance with customer requirements, SOPs/IOPs, and service commitments.
• Coordinate with carriers, customers, warehouses, customs brokers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless cargo movement and supply chain visibility.
• Monitor shipment milestones, proactively resolve delays, exceptions, escalations, and customer inquiries with a solution-oriented approach.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of shipping and logistics transactions while maintaining high data quality and system integrity.
• Drive operational excellence by conducting root cause analysis (RCA), supporting corrective actions, and identifying continuous improvement opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with customer SOPs, regulatory requirements, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), while staying current with shipping regulations and supply chain processes.
