Job summary

Everest DX is seeking a skilled Software Engineer with 8+ years of experience in Java-based technologies and microservices to design, develop, and maintain scalable applications.

You will build RESTful services with Spring Boot and Spring Cloud, implement security with Spring Security, work with Kafka and Camunda, and collaborate with product, QA, and DevOps to deliver high‑performing software. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Java-based technologies and microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience in building scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.
• Proficient in Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Spring Security.
• Experience with RESTful services and message-driven systems (Kafka).
• Familiarity with Camunda BPM and unit testing with JUnit.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Software Engineer with 8+ years of experience in Java-based technologies and microservices architecture. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using modern frameworks and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable applications using Java (Java 8/Java 17).
• Build and deploy microservices-based applications using Spring Boot and Spring Cloud.
• Implement secure applications using Spring Security.
• Develop and consume RESTful web services.
• Work with messaging systems such as Kafka for event-driven architecture.
• Implement workflow/process automation using Camunda.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Perform unit testing using JUnit and ensure high code quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, QA, and DevOps.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.

Technical Skills Required:
