Job summary

Zafin is seeking technical leaders in India to design and deliver how Zafin fits into complex banking ecosystems. You will work with technology organizations of major banks to architect scalable, distributed enterprise systems and lead hands-on engineering and problem solving.

The role emphasizes architecture depth, engagement with CTO-level stakeholders, and delivery across Java/Spring Boot, API design, event-driven patterns, cloud platforms like Azure, and modern CI/CD practices in enterprise

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for technical leaders who want to solve enterprise problems, not simply write code. You will work directly with the technology organizations of major banks to design and deliver how Zafin fits into highly complex banking ecosystems. The role combines solution architecture, engineering depth, consulting and client leadership. You should be equally credible discussing architecture with a bank CTO organization and working with engineers to resolve a difficult integration problem.

We are particularly interested in architects and senior engineers from:

• Leading technology consulting, systems integration, and transformation practices


• Global product and engineering organizations such as Microsoft, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Red Hat, Atlassian, Intuit, and comparable companies


• High-growth enterprise SaaS organizations with strong engineering cultures

Candidates should bring deep technical expertise across:

• Java and Spring Boot engineering


• REST APIs and API architecture
