i exceed in Bengaluru seeks a seasoned Java/J2EE professional to drive development of large-scale applications. You will work across the SDLC, handle incident and problem management, and contribute to design and requirements analyses.

The role emphasizes mentoring teammates, applying design patterns, and delivering robust solutions in a banking domain.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of development experience in large Java/J2EE applications.
• Proficient in SDLC and incident/problem/major incident processes.
• Sun/Oracle Certified Java/J2EE expert.
• ITIL certification will be an added advantage.
• Experience in complex debugging, impact analysis and root cause analysis.
• Experience in requirement analysis and design.
• Knowledge of change and release management.
• Extensive technical experience in Core Java/J2EE stack with JSP/Servlets/Struts, Webservices, Spring, Hibernate, JavaScript, JQuery and AJAX.
• Advanced knowledge of OO design and J2EE frameworks.
• Experience with Design Patterns.
• Ability to guide and mentor team members.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Banking domain experience is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• 5+yrs experience in Development of large Java/J2EE applications


• Well versed with SDLC or Support processes such as incident management, problem management, Major incident process etc


• Sun/Oracle Certified Java/J2EE expert

• Must have knowledge & experience of change & release management
