Job summary

Yethi Consulting seeks a Java Backend Developer to design, develop and deploy Java applications in a financial services setting. You will translate business requirements into technical solutions, lead a small team, and collaborate with cross-functional teams across geographies.

The role is based in Bangalore with Work From Office 5 days; remote or hybrid work is not available. Strong coding experience and exposure to Java/J2EE, REST, and microservices are essential.

Qualifications

We are looking for a Java Backend Developer with strong experience in Java/J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot, Microservices, JPA and REST APIs. The candidate should have hands-on coding experience and exposure to the Financial Services / Banking domain.

Primary Skills

• Strong coding experience in Java / J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot, Microservices, JPA and JSON
• Experience with Web Services, SOA, REST, HTTP and Microservices
• Exposure to Eventing frameworks
• Experience with Eclipse/IDE tools and UML/Modelling tools
• Experience working with Oracle Database
• Hands-on experience with JUnit and JMeter
• Exposure to Financial Services / Banking domain
• Ability to lead and guide a small team of developers
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across teams and geographies
