Job summary

PeopleStrong is seeking a senior, senior-level professional for Solutioning Data structure full stack training leadership in Chennai. The role spans solution design, academic consulting, and delivery leadership across corporate IT skilling programs.

You will guide curriculum development, lead trainers, and ensure up-to-date content aligned with industry needs. The candidate should have extensive experience in IT training, solutioning, and curriculum design, with a strong focus on enterprise

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Engineering (Mandatory)
• Master's Degree (M.E./M.Tech./M.S.) in a relevant discipline (Preferred)
• Experience of 18+ years in IT Training, Solutioning, Academic Consulting, Curriculum Design or Technical Delivery Leadership preferred

Responsibilities

• Partner with BD and Sales to understand customer requirements and design IT skilling solutions
• Develop solution proposals, learning pathways, curriculum structures and roadmaps
• Recommend training interventions, projects, labs, and assessments based on customer needs
• Lead and mentor IT trainers across classroom, virtual and blended learning
• Establish delivery standards, pedagogical frameworks and trainer readiness models
• Conduct Train-the-Trainer programs to enhance instructional quality
• Monitor delivery quality, learner feedback and continuous improvement
• Act as escalation point for delivery and academic issues
• Review content, labs, projects and assessments for accuracy and relevance
• Ensure curriculum aligns with current tech trends and industry requirements
• Collaborate with SMEs, Product and Content teams to enhance assets and hands-on experiences
• Track emerging technologies and integrate into offerings and programs
• Drive adoption of innovative teaching methods, virtual labs and project-based learning
• Support internal capability building through mentoring and knowledge-sharing

Key Responsibilities:

Solutioning & Academic Consulting

• Partner with Business Development and Sales teams to understand customer requirements and design customized IT skilling solutions.
• Develop solution proposals, learning pathways, curriculum structures, and technology roadmaps aligned with institutional and enterprise objectives.
• Recommend suitable training interventions, certifications, projects, laboratories, and assessments based on customer requirements.
• Participate in customer meetings, academic discussions, solution presentations, and technical consultations with institutional leadership.
• Design scalable skilling frameworks covering emerging technology domains and employability-focused programs.

Training & Delivery Leadership

• Lead and mentor a team of IT trainers delivering classroom, virtual, and blended learning programs.
• Establish delivery standards, pedagogical frameworks, and trainer readiness models across technology domains.
• Conduct Train-the-Trainer (TTT) programs to enhance instructional quality and technical competency.
• Monitor delivery quality, learner feedback, trainer effectiveness, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Act as the technical escalation point for delivery-related and academic issues.
• Review and validate technical content, laboratory exercises, projects, and assessments for technical accuracy and industry relevance.
• Ensure curriculum alignment with current technology trends and evolving industry requirements.
• Collaborate with SMEs, Product, and Content teams to continuously enhance learning assets and hands-on experiences.

Innovation & Capability Development

• Track emerging technologies and integrate relevant advancements into solution offerings and training programs.
• Drive adoption of innovative teaching methodologies, virtual labs, simulations, and project-based learning.
• Support internal capability building through technical mentoring and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Technical Expertise

• Strong understanding of software development fundamentals, databases, operating systems, networking, and software engineering principles.
• Expertise in one or more technology domains such as:
• Full Stack Development
• Cloud Computing
• Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning
• Cyber Security
• DevOps
• Embedded Systems
• Experience in designing enterprise or academic skilling solutions and curriculum frameworks.
• Hands-on exposure to project-based learning models, coding environments, and virtual lab ecosystems.
• Familiarity with modern development frameworks, version control systems, and deployment environments.

Educational Qualifications
