Job summary

ACG is seeking an Information Technology Leader to oversee IT infra and strategic IT operations at the Shirwal plant. You will drive IT governance, system improvements, and security controls to meet corporate goals and regulatory needs.

You will manage a high-availability environment, coordinate with SAP teams, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders, and mentor a growing IT team in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• IT head with 7+ years managing 300+ users.
• BE/BTech/MCA; BE CS degree.
• Experience coordinating IT Infra at plant level and handling audits.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT infra, systems & processes at ACPL Shirwal.
• Ensure 100% software compliance and audit readiness.
• Plan and prioritize technology solutions aligned with business goals.
• Provide IT support for IIOT team and SAP transactions.
• Lead ITIL processes (Change, Incident, Asset handover, etc.).
• Monitor backups, anti-virus, patch management and security posture.
• Coordinate with vendors for IT procurement and service delivery.
• Develop people, ensure safety and ISO compliance.

Job Objective

Overseeing all IT technology operations and evaluating them according to established goals. Devising and establishing IT and InfoSec policies and systems to support the Implementation of strategies set by Corporate IT. Analysing the business requirements of all departments to determine their technology needs

• Responsible for overall Capsules, Sirwal IT Infra - systems & processes, applications.
• Ensure 100% compliance of all software and handle the audit needs.
• Responsible for providing technology for all business interface based on the business strategy.
• Responsible for all business requirement, understanding, planning and prioritization of solutions, services and investment in Technology toward organization goal.
• Responsible for IT support required by business for IIOT team
• Asset tracking and management of ACPL Shirwal
• Closing of all the security gaps raised by ISO
• Analysis and designing Improvement Plans in IT Infrastructure in ACPL Shirwal

Internal process:
People development

• Take overall responsibility for people development initiatives and building up in house capabilities for the employees in the department.
• Drive a performance driven culture in the team by timely monitoring, review of performance parameters and feedback to the team members
• Contribute towards development of talent for the department by providing subordinates with adequate exposure and growth opportunities to enable readiness for higher roles
• Actively participate in HR initiatives to drive overall employee engagement and motivation
• Support capability development programs of ACPL and by identifying and recommending the training areas
• Ensure adherence to safety guidelines/ Environment Management System - ISO14001-2015 / Occupational Health and Safety - ISO45001-2018, c-GMP, regulatory & statutory compliances, TPM and other applicable norms.
• Ensure legal compliance as per Factories Act 1948.
• Review root cause of accident and environmental incidence and able to implement corrective/prevention action to avoid recurrence.

People development

Any other additional responsibility could be assigned to the role holder from time to time as a standalone project or regular work. The same would be suitably represented in the Primary responsibilities and agreed between the incumbent, reporting officer and HR.

Key Result Areas

• SPOC for ACG Capsules, Shirwal business users on any technology need to the business and provide solution as per best in the market.
• Conduct structured meetings with ACPL- Shirwal leadership team presenting status of projects, issues status and gather new inputs and requirements of business.
• Responsible for defining trainings needs of the users and follow SOP's and processes defined by Corporate IT.
• Understanding business process and provide operational support to team in doing SAP transactions.
• Daily Monitoring of IT Help Desk of his location and do analysis and create strategy to reduce the calls
• Daily monitoring of anti-virus, anti-ransomware, patch management of ACPL Shirwal.
• Leading FMS team, tracking & adhering to service level agreement for user support.
• IT Infrastructure project rollout assigned by Corporate IT
• Responsible for backup of all servers & network devices
• Interact with service providers for procurement of location IT requirements (other than assets) with help of purchase department.
• Adhering & Implement ITIL Processes (Like Change Management, Incident Management, Asset Handover, Physical security, etc.)
• Coordinating with users for SAP issues and aligning it to the SAP Team.
