Giged is seeking a Lead Interior Designer to manage premium residential interior projects in Chennai. You will own the design journey from initial consultation to closure, translate client needs into compelling concepts, and drive sales while coordinating with suppliers and teams.

The role requires 5+ years in residential interiors, proficiency in SketchUp, V-Ray, and AI-powered tools, and strong client-facing skills in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in residential interior design projects.
• Strong knowledge of space planning, materials, finishes, and modular interiors.
• Proficiency in SketchUp, SketchUp Layout, V-Ray, and Enscape.
• Good client communication, presentation, and sales skills.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and adopt AI-powered and cloud-based design tools.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned residential interior leads from initial client consultation through design sign-off and sales closure.
• Convert assigned qualified leads into confirmed bookings by understanding client needs and presenting design solutions.
• Develop and present design concepts, layouts, material selections, and quotations aligned with client expectations and budget.
• Prepare layouts, 3D views, and working drawings with focus on design accuracy and execution feasibility.
• Lead clients through the complete design journey, timely follow-ups, design revisions, and approvals.
• Achieve monthly sales targets with guidance from the reporting manager.

The Lead Interior Designer, premium interiors client-facing role is responsible for managing assigned leads, driving sales closures, and leading the end-to-end design journey for residential interior projects. The role involves understanding client requirements, creating functional and aesthetically appealing design solutions, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from consultation to project handover.
