Giged in Chennai is seeking an Interior Designer to drive the complete design journey for premium residential interiors. You will own assigned leads from initial consultation through to design sign-off and sales closure, capturing client needs and delivering practical yet visually stunning concepts.

The role focuses on presenting layouts, 3D views, material choices, and quotations while maintaining high design standards and ensuring a seamless customer experience from inquiry to handover.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in residential interior design.

As a client-facing position in premium residential interiors, the Interior Designer / Senior Interior Designer drives sales closures and manages assigned leads while steering the complete design journey.

This role entails capturing client needs, developing practical yet visually stunning design concepts, and delivering a flawless customer journey from the initial consultation through to final project handover.

Role Description:

• Own assigned residential interior leads from initial client consultation through design sign-off and sales closure.
• Convert assigned qualified leads into confirmed bookings by effectively understanding client needs and presenting suitable design solutions.
• Achieve monthly sales targets with guidance and support from the reporting manager.
• Understand client requirements, budget, and preferences to develop tailored interior design solutions.
• Develop and present design concepts, layouts, material selections, and quotations aligned with client expectations and budget.
• Prepare layouts, 3D views, and working drawings with a strong focus on design accuracy and execution feasibility.
• Lead clients through the complete design journey, ensuring timely follow-ups, design revisions, approvals, and a seamless customer experience.
• Drive sales closures by building trust, addressing client concerns, and presenting compelling design proposals.
• Collaborate closely with the Business Lead and internal teams to ensure clear project documentation and a smooth handover to the execution team after design sign-off.
• Maintain high design standards, process discipline, and effective communication throughout the customer journey.
• Demonstrate proficiency in SketchUp, SketchUp Layout, V-Ray, and Enscape.
