As a Policy Integration Developer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement robust policy integration solutions that align with organizational goals and compliance requirementsResponsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement policy integration solutions to enable the seamless flow of policies across different systems and applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand policy requirements and translate them into effective integration solutions.
• Work closely with other developers and IT teams to integrate policy solutions into existing systems and applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring the stability and reliability of the integrated systems.
• Ensure that policy integration solutions adhere to regulatory compliance and security standards.
• Implement security measures to safeguard policy data and prevent unauthorized access.
• Create comprehensive documentation for policy integration solutions, including design documents, implementation guides, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Keep documentation up-to-date with any changes or updates to the integration processes.
• Collaborate with business analysts, system architects, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and system architecture.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to ensure alignment between policy integration and overall system development goals.

Experience:

• Proven experience for 5+ years as a Policy Integration Developer or similar role.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Java
• Experience with integration technologies and tools, such as API gateways, middleware, and ESBs.
• Familiarity with policy management systems and frameworks.
• Understanding of regulatory compliance and security standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
