Our mission is to empower businesses to achieve more by leveraging the latest technological advancements and best practices in their industries.Job Summary/Objective:A Guidewire Tech Lead Developer with expertise in PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, and BillingCenter along with strong Cloud experience, is responsible for leading the design, development, configuration, and integration of Guidewire solutions. This role requires strong technical expertise in both application configuration and integration, combined with leadership skills to guide project teams and deliver high-quality results for P&C Insurance clients.Responsibilities:

• Lead and perform configuration and integration in Guidewire PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, and BillingCenter based on business requirements.
• Design, develop, and implement integrations with third-party systems (rating engines, document management, payments, etc.).
• Build and manage API integrations (REST/SOAP) across PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter, and external systems.
• Configure Guidewire applications (entities, PCF screens, product model, rules, workflows) to meet business needs.
• Define and oversee integration and Cloud architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
• Ensure seamless data flow across PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, and BillingCenter, maintaining accuracy and consistency.
• Provide expertise in Guidewire cloud deployments and best practices for cloud- based solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Cloud, configuration, and integration
• Lead testing efforts (unit, regression, performance) for both on-prem and Cloud deployments.
• Mentor junior developers on configuration, integration, and Cloud best practices. Stay updated on Guidewire Cloud capabilities, certifications, and advancements.

Experience:

• 5+ yearsof experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, and BillingCenter in configuration and integration roles.
• Hands-on experience in Guidewire configuration (entities, PCF, Gosu rules, product model, workflows).
• Strong development expertise in Gosu, Java, GScript, XML, and integration frameworks.
• Proven experience in Guidewire Cloud deployments, integration strategies, and Cloud migration.
• Solid understanding of Guidewire data models, configuration points, integration points, and Cloud architecture.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tools, and automated deployments in cloud environments,
• Demonstrated leadership in managing teams and delivering Cloud-enabled Guidewire solutions. Required to have Guidewire Cloud certifications.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong expertise as a Guidewire Tech Lead Developer in PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter, and Cloud.
• Guidewire Cloud Certification (preferred).
• Skilled in configuration, coding, integration, and deployment strategies in cloud environments.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
