Responsibilities

• Define enterprise integration architecture and standards for Salesforce ITSM implementations.
• Design scalable, secure, and high-performing integration solutions.
• Lead integration discovery, assessment, and technical design workshops.
• Develop reusable integration frameworks and patterns.
• Establish API governance, security, and operational standards.
• Lead integrations supporting Incident, Service Request, Change, Problem, Knowledge, CMDB, IT Asset, and Service Catalog Management.
• Ensure seamless data synchronization across enterprise platforms.
• Lead design/implementation of REST/SOAP APIs, Event-Based, Real-Time, Batch, and File-Based Integrations.
• Oversee middleware solutions (MuleSoft, Boomi, Azure Integration Services, Dell Boomi, Informatica Cloud).
• Mentor Integration Developers and Senior Integration Developers.
• Conduct architecture and code reviews; drive testing, performance optimization, and monitoring.
• Manage technical risks and integration dependencies.
• Collaborate with Salesforce Leads/Architects/Data Engineers/QA Analysts.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Lead Integration Developer to lead enterprise integration initiatives supporting Salesforce ITSM transformation programs. This role will be responsible for defining integration architecture, leading development teams, establishing integration standards, and ensuring seamless connectivity between Salesforce and enterprise applications.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience integrating Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce ITSM solutions with ERP systems, HR platforms, monitoring tools, identity management systems, CMDBs, asset management platforms, and other business-critical applications.
