Job summary

Simplilearn is seeking a Lead Learning Designer (Tech) to craft learner-centric solutions in Bangalore. You will collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to translate complex topics into engaging training experiences, including storyboards, eLearning modules, videos and ILT materials.

The role requires 3+ years in instructional design, expertise in eLearning/ILT, and strong stakeholder management in a fast-paced, agile setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Instructional Designing (mandatory).
• Hands-on experience in eLearning development and Instructor-Led Training (ILT).
• Strong understanding of instructional design methodologies and learner-centric approaches.
• Exposure to technologies such as Java, C/C++, Python, AWS, Azure, or RDBMS.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment
