• Analyze and manage financial data using complex Excel formulas, pivot tables, and macros.
• Develop and maintain VBA scripts to automate data extraction, reporting and tooling for operational efficiency.
• Write, optimize and troubleshoot SQL queries, stored procedures and functions in MS SQL Server.
• Investigate data issues and performance problems, providing timely resolution.
• Provide 3rd‑line support for business‑critical, data‑intensive systems.
• Apply ITIL processes – Incident, Problem, and Change – to support operations.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to meet client‑facing deadlines and requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness.
