Lead Full-Stack Developer (.NET & Angular) – Identity & Access Management

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full-Stack Developer with 7 to 9 years of experience to join our Agile scrum team. In this role, you will design, develop, and deliver robust software solutions for our Identity and Access Management (IAM) platform. The focus is on building and improving developer self‑service applications and automation tools that empower internal engineering teams to manage gateway security, run vulnerability scans, and debug access issues independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable .NET Core backend microservices and responsive Angular frontend applications.
• Build and optimize internal‑facing self‑service portals and automated bots for security config management, on‑demand compliance reporting, and access requests.
• Integrate and maintain automated scanning tools in the developer pipeline to detect, report, and remediate high/medium security vulnerabilities before deployment.
• Develop advanced diagnostic tools and logs to help developers debug authentication/authorization issues across the security gateway.
• Lead database design, optimization, and write efficient queries and stored procedures in SQL Server.
• Act as a core member of an empowered Agile team, collaborating closely with other engineering teams and stakeholders to map data flows and external interfaces.
• Author high‑quality technical blueprints, system design architecture, and test documentation.

Technical Skills & Qualifications

1. Core Technical Stack

• Backend: Microsoft .NET Core/.NET 8+, ASP.NET Web API, C#, Microservices Architecture.
• Frontend: Angular (v14+ preferred), TypeScript, RxJS, HTML5, CSS3.
• Database: MS SQL Server 2016+, Advanced SQL, Database Design & Performance Tuning.
• Security & Auth: OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), Mutual TLS, Fine‑Grain Access Control.

2. IAM Self‑Service, Scanning & Debugging Stack

• Security Scanning (SAST/DAST): Integration with SonarQube, Checkmarx, Veracode, or Mend (WhiteSource).
• Debugging & Observability: Postman/Newman, browser developer tools, structured logging (Serilog/ELK), distributed tracing across IAM gateways.
• DevOps / CI/CD: Git, GitHub, Jenkins, Artifactory, OpenShift (Containerization).
• Concepts: Secure Coding Practices (OWASP Top 10), Design Principles, Design Patterns, Multi‑Threading.

3. Preferred Professional Certifications

• Microsoft: Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert or AZ‑204.
• Agile: Certified Scrum Developer (CSD) or Professional Scrum Developer (PSD).
• Security: CSSLP or formal training in Workforce IAM/OAuth frameworks.

4. Soft Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) or Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.).
• Mindset: Strong organizational and project management skills with an Agile mindset.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills; comfortable interacting with international clients.
• Travel: Flexibility to travel for business as required.

• High automation efficiency, converting complex use cases into secure self‑service tools and bots.
• Zero high/medium vulnerabilities exposed to unauthorized users.
