Job summary

UST is seeking a skilled Workday Technical Professional to join our Bengaluru delivery team. You will design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations (EIB, Studio), build advanced reports, and support Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence modules to enable enterprise-wide implementations.

You will partner with functional consultants and business users to translate requirements into scalable Workday solutions, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data integrity and security through proper role-based

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in CS, Information Systems, HR, or related field.
• Equivalent professional Workday certification and experience.
• Hands-on Workday integration and reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations (EIB, Studio).
• Create and enhance custom reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite) and calculated fields.
• Support Workday modules: HCM, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Benefits, Time Tracking, Absence.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and business users to translate requirements.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide ongoing support for integrations and reports.
• Participate in Workday implementations from design to post-go-live support.
• Ensure data integrity and security with proper security groups, roles, and permissions.

Summary: UST is looking for a skilled Workday Technical Professional with deep expertise in Workday integrations (EIB, Studio), custom reporting, and a strong mastery of Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence modules to support enterprise-wide Workday implementations and operations.

The Opportunity

• Design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations (EIB, Studio).
• Create and enhance custom reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite) and calculated fields in Workday.
• Support Workday modules such as HCM, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Benefits, Time Tracking, and Leave Management.
• Partner with functional consultants and business users to understand requirements and translate them into scalable Workday solutions.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide ongoing support for Workday integrations and reports.
• Participate in Workday implementation projects, covering design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Ensure data integrity and security by configuring and maintaining Workday security groups, roles, and domain permissions.

What you need

• Proven hands-on experience in Workday integration development using EIB and Studio.
• Strong expertise in creating advanced custom reports, matrix reports, composite reports, and calculated fields.
• Deep functional and technical understanding of Workday Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence management.
• Strong ability to partner with business users and functional consultants to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Solid understanding of Workday security frameworks, data integrity protocols, and role-based access control.
