Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Blockchain professional to join our team on a contract basis for 3-6 months. The primary responsibility of this role is to mentor, groom, and guide interns who are being trained in Blockchain technologies. The ideal candidate should have strong hands‑on knowledge of blockchain fundamentals, Ethereum ecosystem, smart contract development, blockchain architecture, and compliance/regulatory considerations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical mentoring, guidance, and training to blockchain interns on a regular basis.
• Conduct structured sessions on:
  • Blockchain fundamentals
  • Ethereum development environment
  • Smart contract coding (preferably Solidity)
  • Blockchain architecture and design patterns
  • Compliance, regulatory, and security considerations in blockchain
• Review interns work, provide feedback, and help shape their learning roadmap.
• Support interns in building end‑to‑end mini‑projects or POCs.
• Monitor performance and progress of interns, ensuring steady skill development.
• Create or refine training materials, hands‑on exercises, and documentation as needed.
• Assist the team in evaluating blockchain technologies, tools, and best practices.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for technical queries related to blockchain.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals (blocks, hashing, consensus, transactions, distributed networks).
• Experience working with the Ethereum ecosystem, including:
  • Solidity
  • Hardhat/Truffle
  • Remix
  • Web3.js / Ethers.js
• Ability to design and explain smart contract architectures, patterns, and security best practices.
• Familiarity with blockchain compliance and regulatory frameworks, including KYC/AML considerations, data privacy, and legal risks.
• Good understanding of blockchain architecture concepts (public vs private chains, nodes, consensus algorithms, gas mechanisms, token standards).
• Excellent communication skills with proven experience mentoring or teaching junior talent.
• Ability to break down complex topics into easy‑to‑understand concepts.
