About the job Jr. Blockchain (Web3) Engineer

As a Junior Blockchain Web3 Engineer, you will play a vital role in the development, deployment, and maintenance of cutting-edge blockchain applications and protocols. You will work closely with experienced engineers to build robust smart contracts, integrate decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols, and implement scalable solutions on various blockchain networks. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior engineers to design, develop, and deploy smart contracts and decentralized applications (dApps) on blockchain platforms such as Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, or Polkadot
• Implement and optimize front‑end interfaces for dApps using Web3.js, React.js, or similar frameworks
• Integrate decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols, liquidity pools, and oracles to enhance the functionality and interoperability of blockchain applications
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of smart contracts and dApps to ensure security, efficiency, and reliability
• Research and evaluate emerging blockchain technologies, protocols, and standards to inform technical decisions and innovation strategies
• Document technical specifications, workflows, and best practices to support knowledge sharing and onboarding of team members
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including designers, product managers, and blockchain developers to deliver high‑quality solutions that meet project requirements and user needs

Mandatory Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 1-2 years of professional experience in blockchain development.
• Solid understanding of blockchain fundamentals, including smart contracts, consensus mechanisms, and decentralized networks
• Proficiency in at least one blockchain programming language such as Solidity, Rust, or Go.
• Familiarity with Web3.js, Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM), and decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols

Preferred Requirements:

• Prior experience with blockchain development frameworks and tools such as Truffle, Hardhat, or Remix
• Knowledge of blockchain scalability solutions such as layer 2 scaling, sidechains, or sharding
• Understanding of cryptographic principles and security best practices in blockchain applications
• Contributions to open‑source blockchain projects or participation in hackathons
• Interest in emerging trends and applications of blockchain technology beyond finance, such as decentralized identity, supply chain management, or gaming
