Job summary

NIIT Foundation (NF) in Mumbai seeks a hands-on technical trainer to deliver instructor-led training in online and classroom formats. You will teach Blockchain/Web3 topics, Solidity, dApp development, and modern Web Development, with emphasis on practical labs and portfolio projects.

The role requires mentoring, mock interviews, resume reviews, and career guidance to prepare learners for industry roles. Strong communication and classroom management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Strong practical knowledge of Blockchain and Web3 technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Solidity, Ethereum ecosystem, Smart Contracts, MetaMask, Remix IDE, Hardhat, Web3.js/Ethers.js, and dApp development.
• Strong understanding of modern Web Development technologies and frameworks.
• Experience in delivering technical training, workshops, bootcamps, or academic programs.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to learners with varying skill levels.
• Good communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub, APIs, databases, and software development best practices.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Web Development training covering HTML, CSS, JavaScript, frontend frameworks, backend fundamentals, APIs, databases, and deployment concepts.
• Conduct hands-on labs, coding exercises, assignments, and project-based learning activities.
• Mentor students in developing portfolios, projects, and practical skills aligned with industry requirements.
• Prepare learners for technical interviews through mock interviews, coding assessments, resume reviews, and career guidance sessions.
• Support learners in understanding industry trends, tools, best practices, and workplace expectations.
