Following are the scope of activities –

• Surveys / Scouting – We will need on a regular basis, relevant and customized data to the Sales executive, of buildings containing elevators in the designated areas. It would involve, getting into existing buildings and getting the necessary data points that would then allow OTIS Sales team to make a pitch / quote either for AMC or MOD.

The Relevant data points collected would be

• Name of building -Society ; Detailed Address / geo-code
• Age of the building approx.; Type ( Residentials / Commercials/ Hospitals etc.)
• Number of elevators ; Brand of elevators / passengers
• Name of Existing AMC Elevator contractor (if possible)
• Society official - Secretary / Chairman / Member / Manager.-Name & number

Responsibilities

• Doing All Commissioning Work At All New Sites And Total Electrical Modifications Of Old Sites.
• Visiting New Sites For All Maintenance Enquiries.
• Managing Monthly Services And Callbacks For All Sites.
• Attaining Callbacks If Other Technicians Are Unable To Solve The Problem.
• Managing Total Electrical Material For Every New site.
• Giving Periodic Safety Training And Safety Information To All Employee.
• Giving Lift Panel Training To Employees.
• Handling Customers For All Callbacks And In Any Emergency.
• Meeting with clients virtually or during sales visit
