Job summary

Sharda Consultancy Services invites energetic Lead Generation / Telemarketing specialists for our US process. You will identify potential customers, generate qualified leads through outbound calls, and transfer interested prospects to the sales team.

Excellent English communication is essential. Key duties include qualifying prospects, updating the CRM, meeting productivity targets, collaborating with the sales team, and maintaining performance reports.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12th pass.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in Lead Generation, Telemarketing, or US Calling.
• Excellent English communication.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Positive attitude and ability to handle rejection.

Responsibilities
