Job summary

Indegene Inc. is seeking a GenAI Strategy Lead to design and operationalize GenAI solutions across client portfolios. You will work with account teams and SMEs to shape offerings and governance models while driving value realization.

You will lead workshops, build business cases, and coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure successful rollout and pricing optimization across designated accounts.

Qualifications

• MBA with 4–6 years of experience in strategic solutions design and governance.
• Experience leading GenAI-related initiatives and coordinating across multiple stakeholders.

Must Have

Job Description: You will be responsible to

• Strategize, lead and design operationalization aspects of GenAI solutions in the existing and new portfolio of the accounts by closely collaborating with account stakeholders, GenAI SME and product management group
• Demonstrate thought leadership, solution innovation and operating model design for GenAI solutions within commercial portfolio – including content, web and campaign services
• Facilitate workshops and ideation forums with client stakeholders to co‑create rollout pathways, surface key challenges, and define viable, business‑aligned solutions.
• Closely collaborate with client side stakeholders in form of workshops and ideation sessions to custom design the pathway of rollout, identifying key impediments and feasible solutions
• Own the creation and validation of business cases for GenAI investments, including benefit sizing, savings models, and value realization frameworks across designated accounts.
• Oversee implementation governance with strong accountability, cross‑functional coordination, and rigorous progress tracking to ensure on‑ground success.
• Design pricing models and resource‑effort optimization frameworks for internal stakeholders, including delivery leadership and finance teams.
• Navigate complex, multi‑stakeholder decision environments to align priorities, drive consensus, and enable smooth execution of GenAI initiatives.

Must have

• Exposure/understanding GenAI Tech stack
• Exposure/understanding of pharma ecosystem
• MBA graduate with overall 4-6 years’ experience
• Prior experience in managing strategic solutions design and governance across a large group of stakeholders
• Ability to navigate multiple threads/activities at one point and skills to prioritize effectively
• Experienced in client discovery discussions and client side communication management
