Job summary

Indegene in Bengaluru is seeking a Senior Manager, Solutions Design & Consulting to lead the functional design and technical solution development for large web solutions deals.

The role requires an MBA with 10+ years of experience in web solutions or CX oriented sales, plus proven ability in complex, large-scale engagements, pricing models, and client discovery sessions. Pharma exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• MBA graduate with 10+ years in web solutions or CX oriented solutions selling.
• Experience in complex solution development for integrated and large deals.
• Proven experience in web factory and large projects.
• Experience in creating pricing models for web deals, conducting client discovery sessions and business architecture.
• Hands-on experience in solution design, client presentations and legal agreements (SOWs).
• Exposure/understanding of pharma ecosystem will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Strategize, lead, and facilitate the functional design and technical solution development for new business acquisition activities related to Indegene’s web solutions spectrum, web development and web factory
• Demonstrate thought leadership, solution innovation, and business architecture design for RFPs and other client engagement avenues.
• Manage the web portfolio for running the solution and consulting
• Evaluate client requirements in collaboration with internal SMEs/tech experts, aligning them with service propositions, operating model designs, effort estimations, SLA definitions, etc.
• Develop compelling sales narratives, value proposition, business cases and CXO level discussion material, with an ability to drive client facing discussions
• Define solution models and budget creation for consulting, current engagement scale-up, new technology implementation, legacy portfolio modernization across web technology stack
• Conduct discovery sessions with customers to shape opportunities and contribute to the overall web pipeline development.
• Architect pricing models, construct solutions, and orchestrate alignment between clients and internal stakeholders.
• Drive web solution in large deals, author innovative solution responses, and actively lead proposal defence discussions.
• Global markets coverage and mandate to drive growth in web portfolio across key and new accounts, working closely with sales and delivery leadership
• Lead ideation sessions with internal leadership teams to identify innovative win themes and value propositions during proposal development and live presentations.
• Build web POVs and collaborate on building newer solutions on web
• Strategically align Indegene's tech offerings with emerging trends, including GenAI-driven solutions and digital transformation initiatives.

Senior Manager, Solutions Design & Consulting

• Proven experience in web factory and large projects
• Prior experience in creating new solutions, POVs and industry benchmarking collateral related to web technology areas
• Experienced in creating pricing models for web deals, conducting client discovery sessions and business architecture
• Hands-on experience in solution design, client presentations and legal agreements (SOWs)
• Client management skills, with the ability to clearly articulate value propositions.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to drive consensus and deliver tailored solutions.
• Exposure/understanding of pharma ecosystem will be preferred.
• Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, along with an analytical and problem-solving mindset.
