Job summary

Persistent is hiring a senior Lead Gen AI Engineer to drive an AI-powered SDLC automation and code intelligence platform. You will craft Agentic AI systems, integrate with JIRA and GitLab, and lead architecture for scalable GenAI pipelines.

The platform leverages AI to analyze tools like JIRA and GitLab, generate user stories, evaluate code quality, provide RAG-based insights, and guide developers through an intuitive AI-powered interface.

What You'll Do:

• Design and build Agentic AI systems with multi-agent orchestration (LangGraph or similar frameworks)
• Develop and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines for knowledge-driven workflows
• Architect end-to-end GenAI-based SDLC automation platforms
• Integrate AI solutions with tools such as JIRA, GitLab, and developer ecosystems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive AI-led developer experience (DevEx) initiatives
