Qualifications

The Lead Game Designer (Only from European country) is a full-time, remote role responsible for driving the creative vision, gameplay design, and overall player experience of our online casino and slot games from concept to launch. This role plays a pivotal part in shaping innovative game mechanics, bonus features, progression systems, and game flow that deliver engaging, balanced, and commercially successful gaming experiences.

Working closely with the Game Director, Art Director, Mathematicians, and other cross-functional stakeholders, you will define core gameplay mechanics, design game systems, and ensure every aspect of the player journey aligns with the product vision, player expectations, and regulatory requirements. You will create and maintain comprehensive Game Design Documents (GDDs), prototype new gameplay concepts, review game builds, analyze player feedback and performance data, and continuously iterate on features to maximize engagement and retention.

As a design leader, you will provide clear creative direction and constructive feedback throughout the development lifecycle while mentoring and guiding other game designers to maintain high design standards, consistency, and innovation across the game portfolio. Your deep understanding of player psychology, slot game mechanics, slot mathematics, user experience, and market trends will be instrumental in creating compelling games that stand out in the competitive iGaming industry.
